All orders are prepared, verified, and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. This period includes order validation, quality inspection, and careful packaging. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
- Processing occurs Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays.
- High order volumes may cause slight delays, with updates provided via email.
- Orders placed outside business hours are processed on the next working day.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination, courier routes, and local logistics conditions. The timelines below are estimates and may differ in some cases.
- Domestic delivery (if available): Usually 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- International delivery: Typically 14–21 business days depending on country and customs processing.
Delays may occur due to customs procedures, weather conditions, or courier-related disruptions. Tracking updates provide the most accurate delivery information.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and delivery method. All costs are clearly shown before order completion.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
After dispatch, delivery is managed by the carrier. While we do not control transit operations, Nuvelliana will support you in resolving any shipping issues.
- If tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, check surrounding areas and contact the courier.
- Missing parcels may require an investigation with the shipping provider.
- If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us with photos immediately.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. Nuvelliana is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

- Address changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.
8. Returned & Undeliverable Orders
Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect details, failed delivery attempts, or refusal will be handled under the conditions below.
- Reshipping: Available after additional shipping fees are covered.
- Refunds: Processed after deducting original shipping costs.
